General Operating Policies
Inventory & Product Releases
- Weekly Updates: We provide an updated inventory list every Monday, with additional updates as needed in response to market fluctuations, supply changes, and release-day pricing.
- Product Releases: Most new product releases are allocated. While we may have some available inventory on release day, these products will be offered at wholesale market pricing.
- Allocations: We do not offer pre-orders or immediate access to newly released products on release day. Typically, new releases become available to the public the Monday following their initial release. Please note that it generally takes one year of consistent purchasing to qualify for allocations. However, our sports card allocation program will end in January 2026.
Pre-Order Policy
- Customers who wish to place a pre-order must have a valid credit card and/or checking account on file to secure the order.
- Pre-orders are final. Cancellations are not permitted. If a customer changes their mind after placing a pre-order, payment will still be processed.
- Failure to honor pre-order commitments may result in the termination of online account privileges and exclusion from future pre-order opportunities.
Pricing & Availability
- Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change throughout the day. In-house inventory prices take precedence over any previously communicated lists. We strive to minimize the time between price changes and updated inventory lists.
- Online Catalog Alert: Online stock quantities may not always reflect actual inventory availability. All orders must be internally confirmed before processing and shipping.
- In-Stock List Updates: We typically provide in-stock lists on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, though the frequency may vary.
- Return Policy: All sales on sports and gaming wax/cards are final. No returns are accepted.
Shipping Policies
Shipping Costs & Processing
- Complimentary Shipping: Free shipping is available on domestic sports wax orders over $500 (excludes HI & AK). Shipping fees apply to all gaming and supply items.
- Expedited Orders: Orders placed directly with a sales representative via phone, text, or email before 3:00 PM will ship the same day.
- Web Order Processing: Please allow up to 24 hours for processing of all web orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Shipping Timelines & Carrier Policies
- Shipping Days: UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as official transit days. Please consider this when placing your order.
- Release Date Shipments: We do not automatically upgrade shipping if a manufacturer delays a product’s release. However, customers may request an expedited shipping option at their own cost.
- Delivery Estimates: All shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title (ownership) and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier.
- We will not drop ship any products and in the event we ever agree to, we hold no liability for any shipment error to your customer
Shipment Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes)
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
- Power outages or telecommunication failures
Payment Policies
Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept checks, credit cards, and debit Visa/MasterCard transactions.
- Credit Card Transactions: A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. Debit Visa/MasterCard transactions are exempt from this fee.
Invoice & Payment Terms
- Unless otherwise arranged, all invoices must be paid in full before shipment.
Customer Application Requirements
To qualify for an account, retailers must meet the following criteria:
- Business License: A valid business license issued in California or the applicable local jurisdiction.
- Resale Permit: A resale permit (seller’s permit) to purchase products for resale without paying sales tax.
- Tax Identification Number: A registered Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) for tax purposes.
- Business Entity: The retailer must operate as a legal business entity (sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or LLC).
