General Operation Policies
Weekly Updates: We provide an updated inventory list every Monday, with additional updates possible during the week in response to market fluctuations in prices or supply as well as release day pricing.
Product Releases: Most new product releases are allocated. We will usually have some varied amount available on release day for purchase at wholesale market price.
Allocations: This means we do not offer pre-orders or immediate access to products on release day. Typically, new releases are made available to the public the following Monday after the initial release.
Price Adjustments: Prices may change frequently throughout the day. Our in-house inventory prices take precedence over any previously communicated lists. However, we make every effort to minimize the time between price adjustments and the issuance of updated lists.
Online Catalog Alert: Please note that online quantities may not always accurately reflect stock availability. Therefore, all orders must be confirmed internally before being processed and shipped to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
In-Stock List Updates: We typically send out in-stock lists on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. However, the frequency may vary from week to week.
There are no returns on Sports and Gaming Wax/Cards
Shipping Policies
Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all *Domestic all Sports Wax Orders for invoices totaling over $500. *HI and AK not included. All gaming items have shipping added to them.
Expedited Phone/Text/Email Orders: Orders placed directly with a Sales Representative via phone, text, or email are guaranteed to ship on the same day if received before 3:00 PM.
Web Order Processing: Please allow up to 24 hours for processing of all web orders. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we ensure accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling your requests.
Ship day counting: Please be aware that UPS typically does not include Saturday and Sunday as official transit days. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration when placing your order during checkout.
We do not automatically upgrade shipping to meet release dates if the manufacturer shipment is delayed. However, we offer the option to upgrade to a faster shipping method at your discretion to expedite delivery.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Title (i.e., ownership) and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.
Shipment Liability: We will not be liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in our performance under these Terms when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemics and similar events, lockouts, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to our workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.
Payment Policies
Payment Processing: Please note that a 3% processing fee will be applied to all Credit Card transactions. Debit Visa/MasterCard transactions are exempt from this fee.
Invoice Settlement: Unless otherwise arranged, all invoices are required to be paid in full prior to shipment.
Payment Methods: We accept checks as a form of payment.
Customer Application Requirements
Business License: The retailer must have a valid business license issued by the state of California or local jurisdiction.
Resale Permit: A resale permit, also known as a seller's permit or reseller's license, is required for retailers to buy products for resale without paying sales tax.
Tax Identification Number: The retailer must have a Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) for tax purposes.
Business Entity: The retailer should be operating as a legal business entity, such as a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or limited liability company (LLC).
