Konami Digital Entertainment announced Chaos Origins, a new booster set for Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG, which will hit stores on July 3, 2026.
This set sees the return of the King of Games as well as some of his favorite monsters. The 100-card set contains reimagined monsters, such as a Black Luster Soldier that can't be destroyed by battle and a Magician of Black Chaos that blocks an opponent from destroying or banishing Spell and Traps. There is also a dual-purpose Ritual Spell that allows access to either Black Luster Soldier or Magician of Black Chaos.
There are also a few new versions of Yugi's favorite monsters, including Summoned Skull, Celtic Guardian, and Kuriboh. The set also contains new versions of Sacred Beasts and a special Summoner for the Sacred Beasts. The rarity scheme breaks down as follows: 10 Secret Rares, 14 Ultra Rares, 26 Super Rares, 50 Commons, 5 cards available as extended art Ultra Rares and Starlight Rares, and 20 additional cards available as Starlight Rares
